Lovely place & location in Venice
8.0Location great and staff very friendly, lovely room and also had a fridge, kettle & coffee maker. Lovely having the balcony too. Our room was ready early and they let us straight in which was really kind of them & helpful after a long night of travelling. On the whole a lovely stay.
− Room temperature could not be altered so bit cold at times. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, could do with having a bit of a choice so it gives you a bit of a change as by 5th day of the same was enough and didn't really fancy it again.

8.0Le personnel très attentif Emplacement
Rebooked to a hotel far from the area that I wanted.
5.0This hotel rebooked into another hotel. That hotel was OK.
− The property was nowhere near the location that I wanted to be in. I can understand why they rebooked, but should have chosen a hotel near their hotel. I originally booked for the area not the specific hotel.
Good value. Nice staff
7.0Good price. Nice staff
− No service. They did not know how to call a porter or have any hotel service. The assistant there carried my bag downstairs. That was very kind. It’s a walk up room. Not a hotel- so just be aware
