− Limpieza deficiente y la habitación huele mal por la moqueta . El ascensor no ha funcionado, desde el primer día nos dijeron que lo arreglarían al día siguiente , pero se ve que es algo que le dicen a todos los huéspedes.

− Tudo péssimo. Não havia limpeza, não funcionava o elevador. Funcionários arrogante. Bichos no quatro, sanita por limpar. Tudo horrível.
