9.0Die Lage,sehr zentral kurze Wege in die Stadt und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten.Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal.Essen sehr abwechslungsreich.Jeden Tag eine andere Empfehlung für das Essen zum Abendmahl.Frühstück tolle Auswahl.Zimmer sauber und von der Größe ausreichend.Teilweise mit Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Alle 2 Tage Zimmerservice.
− Absolute Katastrophe was das Parkplatz System betrifft.Nicht genügend Parkplätze für alle Gäste.Tiefgarage vorhanden.Teilweise sehr sehr eng was das Parken mit etwas größeren Autos schwierig macht.Auch da gibt es nicht ausreichend Plätze vorhanden.Wer zu erst kommt hat Glück.Nach 16 Uhr bekommt man in der Tiefgarage sowie vor dem Hotel keinen Parkplatz mehr da auch das Personal vom Hotel auch diese Parkplätze mit nutzt.Mitarbeiter wissen darüber bescheid aber können dies nicht ändern Viel zu kleiner Indoor und Outdoor Pool. Indoor Pool ist Baden nur bis 20.00Uhr erlaubt und im Außenpool nur bis 19.Uhr jeweils ab morgens 8.00 Uhr.Geht gar nicht.Katastrophal.Manche Gäste verbringen dort den ganzen Tag. Es fehlt auch in den Zimmern in der Dusche eine kleine Ablage oder Nische für die Duschutensilien wie Rasierer oder Shampoo usw. Kleine Abfall Behälter auf den Tischen wären auch nicht schlecht genau wie wie Müllbeutel in den Abfallbehälter in den Zimmern. Sonst alles gut.

9.0Das Hotel war sehr schön. Die Temperatur des Aussenpools war sehr angenehm.
− Das Früstcksbuffett war früh leer und wurde nur spartanisch wieder aufgefüllt.
