5.0Bien situé, au calme.
− Établissement impersonnel, aucun personnel sur place à partir de midi et jusqu’au lendemain matin. Lits peu confortables, avec vieilles couvertures. Propreté très limite. Douche réduite à un filet d’eau. Pas de petit déjeuner inclus. Mobilier moderne et kitsch, rangements insuffisants. Pas de prises à proximité des lits. Chambre extrêmement petite (alors que nous avions pris l’option plus onéreuse avec la chambre plus grande). Prix anormalement élevé pour ce type de prestation.

7.0La locanda si trova in Dorsoduro, un quartiere ancora autentico e non travolto dal turismo più intenso, pieno di fascino. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento in stile veneziano, molto pulito, con due camere da letto piccole e un soggiorno con angolo cottura, bagno e antibagno con secondo lavabo, quindi comoda per una famiglia di 4. Non è vicinissimo alla stazione di S.Lucia, circa 20 minuti a piedi, ma siamo contenti della nostra scelta. Unico "neo", trattandosi di un piano terra in una piccola calle, era molto poco luminoso, ma questo a Venezia può capitare facilmente.
− Noi siamo capitati nel week end della maratona e durante un festival di musica, quindi i prezzi erano credo più alti del solito in questa stagione.. .mi sarebbe piaciuto avere una bella prima colazione inclusa, avrebbe aggiunto comfort e valore al servizio.
