Habitaciones no insonorizadas, veíamos la luz de la habitación de al lado
7.0Las camas eran cómodas y el pueblo muy bonito.
− Estuvimos 5 noches en el hotel, no repetiría. La habitación que nos dieron no era la que habíamos reservado en booking. En general el hotel era bonito, pero las instalaciones dejaron mucho que desear. Las habitaciones NO ESTAN INSONORIZADAS, teníamos dos dedos de espacio debajo de la puerta de nuestra habitación (la número 14), por lo que cualquiera nos podía escuchar e incluso ver desde fuera. Cada vez que los de la habitación de al lado hablaban, lo escuchábamos, cuando encendían la luz de SU baño, se reflejaba su luz en NUESTRA habitación, eso no es normal. Hay 0 intimidad. Las señoras de la limpieza fueron muy agradables y estaba todo muy limpio. Las chicas del desayuno también fueron muy agradables, pero el desayuno era muy muy pobre (habían pocas cosas, y nos pusieron dos lonchas de jamón dulce para dos personas). El check-in es online. El pueblo muy bonito, pero está lejos de todo y hay que conducir muchas curvas para llegar a Palma. Las calas de aguas cristalinas estan en la otra parte de la isla

9.0La situation dans ce magnifique village. La terrasse et la piscine face à la montagne ainsi que la décoration de l'hôtel.
− Les difficultés d'e checkin qui sont totalement numériques. En effet il n'y a pas de réception sur place. Toutefois le personnel est réactif via WhatsApp

8.0En época de calor, se agradece mucho la piscina. Las vistas a la montaña desde la habitación son muy relajantes. En general fue una estancia muy agradable
− El mueble de la habitación no cerraba. Quizás el mobiliario debería de actualizarse un poco.

− Podría tener un mantenimiento y decoracion mas refinado. Vidrios sucios, plantas algo abandonadas, paredes desconchadas en ciertas zonas y piscina con un mantenimiento mediocre
