Een geweldig verblijf op Madeira!
9.0De host kwam de sleutels brengen en een kleine rondleiding geven door het appartement. Het was een perfect appartement voor 2 personen en had alles wat we nodig hadden, winkels dichtbij en een heel mooi uitzicht vanuit het balkon!
− Er was buiten heel veel geluid. Er kwamen vaak luidruchtige auto's en motors voorbij geraasd, waarvan we binnen ook overlast hadden.

8.0Prachtige centrale locatie. Zicht op zee, winkels en restaurants nabij. Gebruik zwembad.
− Blij dat we huurauto hadden om andere delen van Madeiracte bekijken. Geeft je vrijheid en is echt sneller reizen.

10.0We were very satisfied with the apartment . It is very well equipped , the view to the Ocean is amazing! Washing maschine is a big plus. The flat was very clean, all supermarkets , buses are near. Judite was extremly kind and helpful.
− Maybe the wi-fi was a little bit slow, but it didnt bother us too much :)

10.0We liked the location, near to a supermarket, free parking and easy to get out of town. Took only about 40 minutes to walk to the center of Funchal. Also nice with the pool. We went there after a day hiking in the mountains. It was nice!
− The only thing was the bed. It was hard and the plast that probably is meant to protect the madras maked it sweaty.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
