10.0Bella struttura, a 20' di autobus dal centro anche se sembra di essere fuori dalla città. Posto tranquillissimo. La fermata dell'autobus a 5' piedi dalla struttura. Molto pulita. Host gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. Colazione varia e completa. Possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della struttura. Tutto perfetto !!

Great and very pleasant stay for exploration of the city
10.0The hosts were really helpful, polite and nice to talk to. Learned a bit about the history of the building and the area itself which stands out from the rest of the city areas - it's as though you are in a country side in the big city and you won't even know you are actually in Rome. Breakfast - great with fresh croissants each day and eggs from their chickens. Location - about 5 minute walk to the bus station and to the grocery store - Conad. It takes cca. 30 minutes to get to the city so you know. Our room was comfortable and clean with refrigerator. We didn't use it much as we were mostly out during the day. Car parking available inside the courtyard - ring when you arrive as the doors need to be opened remotely. Again - thanks to both of the hosts for the hospitality and kindness.

10.0Monica & Franco are exceptional hosts. Monica went the extra mile constantly to help us with our stay. Breakfast is wonderful - fresh eggs from their chickens! Location is amazing as it's rustic in a very small reserved wild parkland (you can't walk in it) but considering you're so close to central Rome it's wonderful to have open space with cows and chickens at their property! We travelled from Central Rome to stay here and used the Metro & Bus from Spagna station - but friends took the bus right to the edge of Rome Historic Centre and walked from there - apparently very easy.
