Nice hotel, terrible service
6.0Beautiful, charming, old hotel that looks like it used to be an apartment. The rating is primarily due to the customer service. They have very strange reception desk hours and they will just change whenever they feel like it. Checkin time is really late at 4pm. We arrived around 2:30 and they wanted to charge us 15 euros just to hold our luggage for an hour. We felt nickel and dimed. Also, checkout is earlier than most hotels at 11am and they aren’t flexible. If they change their customer service, the place would have a lot of potential.

10.0Muy lindo el lugar, muy cerca para trasladarnos por medio de bus, en general muy cómodas las camas. Solo me parece que el baño (la regadera) necesita un poco más de limpieza en las paredes. Pero aún así estaba muy bien. Hace falta un abre corcho para vinos. La pasamos muy bien! Gracias
