− The room was not what we expected based on the photos when we booked. It was on the seventh floor and felt like an attic, with a very low ceiling—something that was not apparent in the photos. No one informed us that the mini-fridge was hidden behind a mirror, and room service was unresponsive. Overall, the experience fell well short of what we would expect from a five-star hotel.

We loved our stay everyone was so helpful I will definitely recommend it to everyone.
