Personalet er usædvanligt venligt, opmærksomt og hjælpsomt, og man mærker tydeligt den personlige service, som kun et mindre hotel kan tilbyde. Trods blot 17 værelser er serviceniveauet helt i særklasse. Vi kommer meget gerne igen

10.0Everything was absolute perfection! The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff is truly exceptional, they went above and beyond to help with anything I needed and made me feel completely at home. The location is perhaps one of the best things too, right in the absolute center of Paris, with everything within easy walking distance. Highly recommended, all praise!

10.0meiner Tochter und ich haben wir in diesem Hotel von Anfang an sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Schon bei Ankunft hat uns äußerst herzlich empfangen, mir alles in Ruhe erklärt und dafür gesorgt, dass ich mich direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe. Auch beim Auschecken am Morgen war er ausgesprochen aufmerksam und freundlich. Er hat mir von sich aus angeboten, meinen Koffer noch im Hotel zu lassen, damit ich ihn später am Tag ganz bequem abholen konnte. Diese kleine Aufmerksamkeit habe ich wirklich sehr geschätzt. Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr schön und ich habe mich dort ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den tollen Service. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
