Not great, a very dated and basic hotel for station quick access.
3.0The only positive about this place is the proximity to Rome's Termini Railway Station
− The staff were unhelpful and very poor communicators. On the first night the guy at the desk denied all knowledge of the booking! They are not Italian. The beds are very hard and not comfortable, I would say the same about the pillows. The shower partially worked. The fittings are very tired looking. The room looked over the main street, the lights stay on for most of the night and the curtains let a lot of light in. The room does not feel secure. credit to the cleaning lady, she was very polite.

6.0A localização é muito boa, pois fica muito próximo ao terminal de trens/onibus e metrô. Existem vários restaurantes e pequenos supermercados que podem ajudar também. Na estação existe o Mercado com vários opções de comidas e bebidas e um supermercado Conad que possui opções de lanches rápidos.
− Quando chegámos, ficámos um pouco surpreendidos com o quarto, pois era menor do que aparentava nas fotografias. Além disso, tivemos alguns problemas com a porta de entrada e a falta do minibar (que era item na lista). No entanto, após reclamarmos, a situação foi prontamente resolvida. A região não sei dizer se a noite é segura, ficamos com medo.
