10.0The staff is really good and the hospitality is really exceptional. We have booked the hotel at the last moment and didn't regret it.
− Nothing much but I did order for baby cots, unfortunately they responded after a day, by then we had already checked out of the hotel. The admin team for the messages is slow and may be an issue from booking.com or something else
