10.0У нас был очень красивый номер с видом на канал! К тому же сотрудники, особенно Лучия были очень доброжелательными. Завтрак по венецианским меркам хороший. Расположение очень удобное, недалеко от моста Риалто.

9.0La posizione ottima. La camera accogliente e fresca, la bellissima vista sul canale. Una menzione particolare all'accoglienza al nostro risveglio, l'addetta di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome, è stata gentilissima e disponibile, di ottimo umore. Un vero piacere.

5.0− Overall it was a great stay, unfortunately while we were there we had issues with (a) power being disrupted in the vicinity, and (b) the air-conditioning system in one of our rooms broke down and being in the middle of a heat-wave it was ver difficult to sleep and somewhat uncomfortable. After some discussion, and wit the influence of one particular owner - they were great in assisting making things right and trying to make it as comfortable as possible under the unfortunate circumstances. Other than that the rooms were great, position and service exceptional.
