6.0Alles ok aber kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer waren sauber aber sehr klein. Service war freundlich.

− For what you pay it should have been way better. It was nasty and the room was ran down. Paint peeling, room just down right filthy.
a highly OKAYish experience
8.0location was great and the room sizes are very good too
− the staff was exceptionally uncooperative; in my years of travel, I have found the chk in staff highly cooperative allowing early chk in but this hotel has a staff strictly by the book. Don't come to reception before 3 pm. This was v irritating. No drinking water, or kettle in the room - was a great put off.

Our party of 3 would have preferred a different accommodation.
4.0The location was great and having Serendipity 3 in the lobby was a big plus.
− No coffee in the room or lobby. Beds were thin and had no box spring. Pillows were uncomfortable. Shower ceiling had streaks of mold. Not sure why there was a ‘facility’ charge when there were no real ‘facilities’ included. Very pricey.
