Excellent location and good size of room.

− You can hear a person walking on the floor the room above you which can disturb your sleep at night. Maybe they need some kind of sound proofing.

A Place To Sleep, But Cramped
6.0The best thing about this place was the location. We literally saw it from the bus as it was parking, then it was a 2 to 3 minute walk. We also liked the large sink in the bathroom.
− It was very small with nowhere to put things. We had to largely "live out of our suitcases" because of the lack of space. There was also a vent near the ceiling through to the hall. We could hear people talking almost as if they were in the room with us, but that didn't happen much. I should say that this was our first time in Venice. We don't really know how it compares with other places for the price.
