1.0− So laut war es in diesem Hotel, von überall kamen die laute Geräusche, sehr laute Gespräche und sogar Schreie. Sie wollten mir an der Rezeption das Geld für ein anderes zweites Zimmer nicht erstatten, obwohl ich es nicht erklären konnte wie ich statt 1 Zimmer doch 2 Zimmer für mich alleine gebucht habe - das habe ich erst an der Rezeption erfahren. Die Fehler können natürlich jedem passieren, aber ich fand es nicht in Ordnung, dass man das dort nicht erstatten wollte. Den zweiten Zimmer kriegten sie bestimmt schnell gebucht bei der Lage um Hbf in Frankfurt.
Zwei Nächte im Herzen von Frankfurt
7.0Das Hotel liegt 200 Meter vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, im Bahnhofsviertel. Die Tiefgarage ist teuer (15€ zusätzlich), aber bei einer Anreise mit PKW, dringend zu empfehlen. Die Besitzer, das Personal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und gut.
− Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage im 3 UG ist nur zu Fuß (kein Aufzug) zu erreichen.
