10.0We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff made our experience even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the Guest Relations Officer, who was absolutely amazing! Extremely kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The exceptional hospitality truly made us feel valued and well taken care of. Thank you for such a lovely experience! We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

9.0Proprietatea este situată central, ceea ce reprezintă un mare avantaj. Hotelul oferă parcare. Personalul a fost foarte amabil. Managerul de la restaurant a fost foarte ospitalier și atent la orice nevoie.
− Izolarea fonică destul de slabă. Geamurile nu izolează deloc, motiv pentru care se aude foarte traficul.

7.0Muy buena ubicación cerca de todos los lugares de interés que podías ir andando. Personal amable, sobre todo a la hora del desayuno . Nos dejaron preparados unos sándwich el día que nos íbamos ya que no podíamos ir al desayuno

7.0The location is very central, the staff is nice especially the guy at the breakfast. However, the hotel requires a total renovation.
− Everything has fallen into disrepair; the once-beautiful gilding is crumbling away, the paint is peeling, and the entire interior is outdated. It would be maximum 3 stars in Europe.

10.0A very good position, close to tram, Marmaray, ferryboat. Many restaurants and small shops around. Good breakfast, nice staff. The rooftop breakfast terrace is a nice addition. Amiable staff.
