Charming Inn
8.0This is a very quaint and unique Inn worth visiting. Very charming and the staff was great. We enjoyed the quieter location just over the bridge from the main tourist area. Breakfast was a little pricey but was worth the experience. The food was delicious and the presentation was excellent. My only complaint was that the bathroom in our suite was very dated and the old shower head sprayed everywhere.

10.0What an amazing hotel! We were greeted by a manager who was very lively and welcoming and gave us lots of good suggestions as to what to see in town the next day. We followed her suggestions and had a wonderful tour of Hburg from the tourist info office, which was an easy walk across the bridge from the hotel. Loved the view of the castle up on the hill as we walked into town, although you don't see it directly from the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Worth every penny. I've never had so many little delights, so artfully presented, so carefully prepared and delicious. I felt so pampered and special! The manager was so kind to bring us a fan to our room, and to personally return my husbands glasses to the room after he left them downstairs when he went to have a whiskey out on the terrace. Delightful management, wonderful stay! Try them, you'll love your time there!

10.0Beautiful hotel and excellent customer service. Walkable to the old town, which I imagine is the reason you're going to Heidelberg! Nice history of the hotel and area by check-in staff!
