− Zimmer ziemlich runtergekommen, kaputte Fliesen Mehrfach mit Schlüsselkarte nicht ins Zimmer gekommen, auch Rezeptionist hatte Probleme, Zimmer auf zubekommen Im Zimmer war es unerträglich heiß Handtücher wurden einfach auf Boden liegen gelassen und nicht getauscht
