Perfect place to stay
10.0Excellent, even on their first day open this season! I was literally the first guest to arrive after they opened, but nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotless and very comfortable, grounds were gorgeous, and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Special mention to Rosanna on reception who definitely went above and beyond - huge thanks. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Not For Tourists
2.0The physical layout of the hotel is beautiful, however this hotel is geared towards weddings and not tourists. The people at the front desk were almost to the point of being rude with the exception of a young woman who was trying to learn English, she was wonderful. We tried to make dinner reservations and were told they were already full. Then the "manager" came over and said, "We do not do room service!" We never asked about room service. When I went down to see if the restaurant was really sold out, I saw approx 20 people eating. When I went back to the desk to ask where there is to eat in the vicinity, we were referred to a 5 star restaurant which is not what we were looking for. Our A/C went out. After 6 hours and 3 trips to the reception desk, someone finally came to out room to fix it.

8.0Vasta struttura con ampi spazi comuni. Camera spaziosa e dotata di aria condizionata e altri comfort. Piscina all'aperto gradevole con servizio bar. Piscina interna carina ma non usufruibile. Colazione buona e variegata. Ristorante dell'hotel buono per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale gentile e cordiale. Da migliorare la cura ai dettagli nella manutenzione delle parti comuni e non, e l'utilizzo degli spazi comuni esterni e interni anche la sera.
