Super nette Chefin. Sehr hilfsbereit. Hotel schön gestaltet.

− Leider keine Klimaanlagen. Und nicht zentrumsnah.

Gute, zentrale Lage in der Stadt Schön gestalteter Frühstücksraum. Der junge Mann vom Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

− Schönes, großes Hotelzimmer leider ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Terrasse ist fast nicht mehr benutzbar, da der Untergrund sehr kaputt ist.( Holzboden, alle Dielen kaputt.) leider war das Frühstück mit Wartezeit verbunden Brötchen mussten noch auf gebacken werden.

El lugar está bastante bien, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, pero sería bastante útil que indicaran que no tienen asce

Tiene buena ubicación, es fácil hacer check-in y la habitación es bastante moderna amplia y limpia.

− Reserve una habitación triple (una cama doble y una individual) pero terminó siendo una cama doble y un sofá cama que no es lo mismo ya que era un poco incómodo y pequeño. También íbamos con niños pequeños por lo que teníamos dos coches de bebé y en el piso que estaban nuestras habitaciones no había ascensor (cosa que nunca mencionaron) y tuvimos que subir todo por las escaleras. Sería útil poder reservar el desayuno online.

Ruim appartement om met familie te verblijven. Locatie niet ver van de oude stad in een levendige buurt.

Good communication and clear instructions about check-in. Great that we did not have to stress and can check-in in any time. A phone number at the reception was helpful. I got answers to questions. A woman by the reception was super, super, super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was quite limited, but really good. Fresh bread, veggies, eggs. I also do not see a sense to have more food when not many people will use it. It was enough to choose. Maybe you have to get something extra for kids.

− While booking it was another picture of a room (there was extra wardrobe and was bigger). Later I noticed that they are selling one room showing photos from few different rooms (smaller or bigger) and you do not know which one you get. It is not specified and at the beginning there are photos of bigger room. All photos were made with wide function, so they looks bigger that in reality. There is nothing missing really, but I do not like that they made rooms bigger on the photo and did not specify which room you will get. Knowing that there is no airco, in summer hot days will be hell. When windows open- even at night there was sounds from outside- there is playground from another neighbourhood where were people with little kids until late hours at night. There was an information to book a parking only via e-mail. I sent one, but never got an answer. By the arrival I called to reception and it was solved. I was wondering how this communication doesn't work while aside of this was all great.
