10.0I loved every minute of this beautiful Hotel and felt well looked after. Such beautiful, kind and helpful staff.
− Leaving!
A delightful short stay in a unique boutique hotel.
9.0Loved the size. It’s a boutique hotel with only 15 rooms. Great bathrooms. Very well equipped and beautifully presented. Excellent bathroom products. Good a/c in the bedroom. Buffet breakfast extra but worth it. Cute bar. A swimming pool area with sun deck terrace, sauna and jacuzzi and waiter service. Off street secure parking. Staff helpful and friendly. Walking distance into town.
− Traffic noise from road although rooms have sound proofing. Bedroom a little on the small size however it was well equipped and comfortable.

8.0It was a nice stay, Vincent was very nice and hard worker. We recommend to add a glass of champagne to the breakfast in the heart of Epernay.
Charming hotel, beautiful pool & terrace.
10.0I was a bit worried when I read the reviews of this place. It is indeed a charming building, previously owned by the Mercier Champagne House and it is situated a little further down Champagne Avenue, but is still only a 20 - 25 min walk into town. The hotel does indeed have some tired areas but on the whole it’s very french and has is well looked after. It’s very tidy, clean and the staff are absolutely fantastic - you can’t find a bad one! At breakfast, Aline is a superstar. She can’t do enough for you. She is friendly, helpful and her English is fantastic. She made us feel so welcome. There is freshly squeezed orange juice available, freshly baked croissants & pastries alongside cereal, fruit, variety of breads, cheeses & meats alongside scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, mushrooms and tomatoes. There’s always something sweet too - whether that’s cookies, or doughnuts or muffins or my favourite - caramel shortbread! The pool area is so clean, well attended to and the pool is actually heated! Less refreshing in the very hot weather but very pleasant indeed for people like me who hate cold water! Our room was on the third floor and it was plenty big enough with lots of french furniture. We had a wonderful stay and I have only two criticisms. The shower in our room was oddly placed, meaning we had to shower in a corner of the bath to avoid soaking the room! This is due to the restricted space from the eves of the roof, but it felt less ‘5 star’. The other thing was the price of the bar. It was extortionate. I’m not a cheap skate but 9euros for a cappucino and 14 euros for two 25ml bottles of beer meant we spent our money elsewhere, which is a shame. Also, no water in the room (without charge) and the turn down service only operated one night out of the four we were there, but perhaps with was resource related. We really enjoyed our stay - the staff were absolutely brilliant.
Lovely stay in Eperney
6.0Lovely boutique hotel in a converted old grand home—full of charm. The rooms and bathroom were on the smaller side, but had everything we needed, and they stocked upscale bath products, which was a nice touch. Rooms were nice and quiet, and breakfast was good with kind, attentive service. My one issue was the outdoor spaces. The pool had leaf debris floating in it, and the chairs and railings around the pool and hot tub area had spider webs on them. It was enough to gross me out, so I skipped both the pool and hot tub entirely. The property could really use more upkeep outside—it’s a shame, since everything else about the stay was lovely
Perfect in ever way!
10.0Gorgeous, AC was excellent, breakfast was delicious… staff was impressive, even had bathing suits to purchase if you needed. Best place to stay in Epernay. No complaints 12/10…. Excellent!
