9.0C’était parfait ! La chambre est spacieuse et calme. Rien à redire sur la literie, la douche … tout était bien. Vous avez un espace convivialité qui vous permet de prendre un thé ou un café en toute tranquillité. L’équipe est au petit soin. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le casco viejo et proche de toute l’ambiance que vous apporte Bilbao
Prima kamer, maar niet voor herhaling vatbaar
7.0Locatie was top, we kregen een upgrade en dat was heel aardig. Ook werden we door een man goed begeleid richting de kamer.
− De airconditioning stonk heel erg, we kamer was niet erg schoon. Je ziet dat er niet echt grondig is schoongemaakt vooral in hoekjes etc.
