10.0The Staff's courteousy and professionalism was phenominal and exceptional.Lee- Ann the lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff were just respectful and willing to assist at any given time when they were around.
− We just didn't know that we had to pay for our own Breakfast when we book with Booking.Com and that was a bit disappointing indeed.

10.0What a room! What a stay!!! With the most beautiful view!!! We forgot it was winter outside! We enjoyed every minute, the private cinema gave us a very unique experience with fresh popcorn!!and the breakfast was yummy!!! Lee-Ann who made the booking was so patient and helpful, 5 stars my girl!!!!!you are a gem!!!!

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Misty Waves Boutique Hotel. Everything was lovely, and the staff made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Timo, the General Manager. He is incredibly friendly and adds a personal touch that makes the experience even more special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Misty Waves and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
