Great place for a great price
10.0Location is very good. Close to restaurants, bars, etc. Room was quiet, bed was comfy and shower was nice and hot.

8.0Было действительно чисто , номера убирались каждый день (!) , 1 мин ходьбы до автобусной остановки , 5 мин до Лидл и Конад , 10 мин до станции Тибуртина ( метро и поезд в аэропорт).
− Мы заказали с друзьями 2 номера по одинаковой цене. Но из предоставленных нам один оказался меньше и с очень маленькой кроватью. Почти без кухни. Друзьям пришлось смириться , разумеется , без особой радости. Наша просьба о более позднем ( на час ) выезде, к сожалению , была отклонена.

The hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, so please indicate your expected arrival time when booking.
Check-in is always possible, but it is done by sending instructions and a code to pick up the keys, so we must be contacted in advance to make arrangements
The airport shuttle is at extra costs (the cost of taxi transport is €65.)
In order to check in, please remember to call the hotel approximately 30 minutes before arrival; it is very important that you call, you will not find staff for your check-in without confirmation.
On request, an extra bed is only possible in the triple room and in the one-bedroom apartment. Do not use WhatsApp message or call for urgent communication.
