6.0Premettendo la disponibilità a risolvere ogni problematica emersa e la gentilezza delle persone che gestiscono la struttura, nonché l’atmosfera familiare che abbiamo avvertito durante il soggiorno, reputiamo tuttavia la struttura non come hotel 3 stelle, ma più come un B&B a 2 stelle. Ci sono stati dei disservizi che non ci aspettavamo e che ci avevano fatto optare per questa struttura, ci aspettavamo un po’ di qualità in più: - frigo e tv in camera non funzionanti; - doccia difettosa - erogazione dell’acqua fredda non sempre disponibile, con rischio di ustionarsi - lenzuola mai cambiate in tutto il soggiorno - colazione ripetitiva e con pochi prodotti tipici.
