Passable, good location, clean but have little expectations

The location is good and the room was clean.

− Finding this place was an issue. There were no clear instructions. The access is through a back alley, a little scary late at night. In terms of building and hotel facilities be cautious, this is not a typical 3 star hotel you would find anywhere else in Europe, it's more of a 3 star hotel to find in Asia. A very small reception, no common areas. It's a very old building, not well maintained. The pictures shown by owner do not reflect the real size of areas, everything is smaller. The air-conditioning in our room was dripping water on the floor, we reported it at the reception, they said they would look at it, but didn't fix it.

− Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich. Das Hotel ist eine Baustelle, daher war es laut und es hat gestunken. Die Klimaanlage war ein Witz.

The location was good

− The rooms are totally not worth the value , super small , not hotel level at all . The guy at reception was super rude , we had to witness him fighting and bad mouthing other guests during check in .
