8.0Le personnel est très accueillant, à l'écoute et de bons conseils ! Le service de bagagerie est un vrai plus et nous avons pu avoir notre chambre 2h plus tôt ! Quartier très bien desservi!

10.0The 121 is my preferred place to stay in Paris, and have stayed there at least half a dozen nights. It is perfectly located at avenue Clichy at the not-so touristy Batignolles area. Here you can stroll along the streets, visit the nearby covered food market, and have a drink and/or dinner at a restaurant for a reasonable price, with the vast majority of (mainly young) people around you speaking French. The 121 hotel used to include the building that now is the Ibis hotel, and rooms and breakfast area are very similar. Where Ibis redesigned the place to give it a more flashing appearance, the 121 kept the charm of classic furniture and facilities, that I enjoy equally well. My preference for the 121 is also given by their assertive pricing policy, so by keeping an eye on the prices well ahead of my trip I managed to get a room at a spectacular discount several times.
