10.0Csendes környéken volt. A reptérről is könnyen megközelíthető.
Very good price-performance in a central location with real Venetian flair
7.0Breakfast very good for Italy; only missing: Vegetables, fruits The bed was excellent. The Landlord wasn't there but could be reached any time with Whatsapp and answered quickly. The location was excellent, central, about 5min to the Arsenale and 10 min to Marcus Square, best for going to the biennale (Arsenale and Giardini) Bright lights in all rooms (good for reading in bed, very often you don't get that even in good hotels) Valuable restaurants nearby
− The room was rather small and dark (although 2nd floor, but probably normal in private Venice houses in the center) Bath, toilet and electricity were not in perfect state, but the Landlord helped fast and we could live with it.

8.0Nicola as the host was very helpful and caring, although he was not present on site at the moment. The location is excellent, the area is quiet and not overrun with tourists. It's close to both the Biennale and San Marco.
− The room's furnishings are showing their age, but the price reflects that.
