Buena estancia en València.
9.0Una buena habitación muy grande, cómoda y limpia. La ubicación está muy bien a 20 min. caminando del centro de València y al lado del museo de les Ciències. Un barrio bueno, lleno de servicios.

10.0El trato del personal fue genial. A mí hija le enseñaron un armario con juguetes para que pudiera usarlos cuando quisiera. También me sorprendió para bien la presión de agua que salía en la ducha. El restaurante del hotel sensacional. Estaba todo súper rico.
− El baño quizás un poco pequeño y sencillo y la puerta no cerraba. Pero por decir algo.

− El buffet era diferente a lo que es un buffet normal en el que te sirves tú todo. Aquí por ejemplo las tostadas te las dan ellos recientes. Y muy ricas.
ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT
5.0This place is walking distance, about 5 minutes away from Berklee, Valencia and the whole Ciudad de les artas complex, so if you have classes or anything to do in that area is an incredible location. It is also about 20 minutes away by foot to reach the downtown area using the Jardin del Turia, a beautiful 9 kilometers long shaded park with paths for walking, biking and places to rest and enjoy the nature. The staff was very helpful and the food at the EL BAR restaurant was good and fresh.
− I was disappointed by the rooms quality that did not match the website presentation. We were first given a very small room, with a broken AC placed above the bed that kept us awake at night because of the noisy sound that it was making. I asked for a different room the following day, and the staff was very helpful in giving us a bigger room with a more silent AC unit. Overall, I think the place would benefit from paying more attention to details, using cleaning products that don't smell like chlorine and creating a more cozy atmosphere.
