6.0Buena ubicación con los servicios cerca y cerca del río, se puede ir andando hasta la playa fluvial en diez minutos
− Para acceder al edificio hay que llamar al timbre, que tiene un volumen bastante alto y estridente con lo cual te penaliza el descanso tanto de día como de noche
