8.0Tra lo staff il signor Alberto è stato gentilissimo nell'assicurarsi che un inconveniente dei servizi della struttura si risolvesse, e in generale la struttura è stata efficiente nel risolvere il disguido e siamo stati soddisfatti della nostra permanenza, ci è dispiaciuto non poter salutare e ringraziare il signor Alberto.

6.0− Booked this place expecting a real five-star experience, but honestly it fell pretty short. Let's start with check-in. They put us in what was probably the worst room in the whole hotel, with this tiny little window, while every other room has floor-to-ceiling windows. They only moved us after we agreed to pay extra. Not a great first impression. Housekeeping was the weakest I've seen. Basically all they did was make the bed and swap out a towel. Everything else stayed exactly where it was. Dishes weren't washed, and they never refilled the shower gel or shampoo. Total half-effort. Breakfast was a real letdown, three-star at best. The portions were so small and sad that honestly I'd be embarrassed to serve that to anyone. No veggies at all, not a single cucumber, tomato, or salad. A bit of cold cuts, a bit of cheese, and that's it. The best thing on the table was the store-bought yogurt. The omelet was just one egg, took forever to come out, and didn't even taste good. We didn't bother with dinner because we figured if breakfast was this bad, dinner probably wouldn't be much better. That said, there are some real positives. The grounds are beautiful and super well kept, the building itself is gorgeous, everything's really photogenic. No complaints there at all. Bottom line: this place calls itself five stars, but I'm not sure what scale they're using. I'd give it four max, or honestly more like three and a half. For comparison, Forestis in Italy is what real five stars looks like. If Forestis is a solid ten out of ten, this is maybe a five, and I'm not even trying to be harsh.
