7.0Gostaríamos de destacar a simpatia dos funcionários, que, sempre que necessário, demonstraram disponibilidade para atender aos nossos pedidos. A localização do espaço é igualmente um ponto muito positivo.
− Relativamente ao valor pago pelo quarto (354€), consideramos que poderiam estar incluídas algumas comodidades adicionais, como por exemplo um frigorífico no quarto e uma bebida de boas-vindas, que contribuiriam para uma experiência mais diferenciadora. No que diz respeito ao pequeno-almoço, sugerimos a inclusão de mais opções proteicas, como ovos mexidos, bem como alternativas mais saudáveis, nomeadamente alimentos magros, cereais sem açúcar e aveia. A fruta apresentada era de boa qualidade; no entanto, acreditamos que a sua conservação poderia ser melhorada se estivesse refrigerada, em vez de exposta num aparador numa sala de refeições com temperatura um pouco elevada. Estas observações têm apenas como objetivo contribuir com sugestões de melhoria, não se tratando de uma crítica, mas sim de um contributo construtivo para a qualidade do serviço.
