8.0Pitná voda neustále k dispozici v lahvi, udržování čistoty na pokojích, župan i pro malou dceru ( i když až po upozornění,že dospělý je jí opravdu veliký)
− Nefunkční klimatizace. Nejprve nešla vypnout a to ani v noci. Po reklamaci zas nefungovala vůbec. Reklamaci vypadnuté zásuvky ze zdi zaznamenali,ale neopravili. V pokoji bez balkonu si nelze nikde pověsit nebo rozložit na sušení mokré ručníky a plavky.

9.0Ottima posizione per accedere alle terme, camera dorata di ogni confort. Colazione faraonica.
− Impossibilità di oscurare completamente la stanza, al sorgere del sole l'effetto è fastidioso. Poco spazio in stanza fra l'armadio e il letto e apertura della porta del bagno che bloccava comodamente il passaggio. Posizionamento del doccino troppo in basso.
