+ Excellent central location (Born / near Picasso museum)+ Unique, original hotel concept and design+ Friendly, helpful staff (personal gestures such as birthday decorations)+ Convenient self-service area (coffee, tea, water, snacks, ice, sparkling water)− Recurring cleanliness issues: dirty floors, bathroom cleanliness, insects, sticky bead curtains− Small or oddly laid-out rooms (bathroom inside room, unsafe steps)− Nighttime noise from nearby bars/shops and poor soundproofing

8.0The hotel has a very nice location, close to the Gothic Quarter, parks, restaurants, etc. It’s also only a 30-minute walk to the Sagrada Família and Gaudí’s famous buildings. The room was OK.
− The breakfast was very limited. Since our room faced a noisy street, we couldn’t sleep well at night. However, this is understandable given that the hotel is located in the city center.
A good property, in the right area
