10.0The room with private bathroom & double bed was clean, comfortable & perfect for me as a solo traveller, lovely garden and sunrise view from my window with black out shutters for noise & light. Secure building with 24 hour courteous helpful ataff. Great volcano view from roof top patio with comfortable seating. Nice gardens, cooked in big kitchen, good clean big fridge, indoor couches if it rains. Very walkable ro everything. I booked 1 night online but extended my stay for my entire time in Antigua. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

10.0Everything was great. Only issue was the rooms were a bit hot a d the fans couldn't keep up. Otherwise, totally recommens staying here. Laundry service wasalso great and affordable
