Vi brugte kun hotellet en enkelt overnatning, men servicen var super god, og morgenmaden var rigtig fin. Ikke det nyeste og mest moderne hotel, men hyggeligt og meget pænt og rent.

Enkelt men smidigt hotell på vägen in i Gastein.

Hotellet är ganska enkel standard och har inte renoverats sedan 80-talet, förutom badrummen. Men maten är god, servicen mycket bra (ägarna bor i huset bredvid) och det är mycket personligt med ägarna som själva jobbar på hotellet. Det ligger ett stenbrott bredvid huset men eftersom de börjar vid sju-åtta och slutar vid fyra-fem så stördes vi aldrig av det. Vägen in i Gasteindalen ligger nära huset men det var ingen hög trafik när vi var där så vi stördes inte av det heller. Läget är mycket praktiskt om man vill åka skidor i hela Salzburg området, det var ca 30 min till Zell am See, Flachau-Wagrain, och mellan 10-20 minuter till hela Gasteindalen. Nationalparken Hohe Tauern kunde nås på ca 30 min in i nästa dal (Rauris).
