9.0Easy check in with clear instructions. Our room was upgraded so we had more space. Mario the host was very helpful and charming The location was excellent, close to the railway station, metro and buses so it was easy to get around Rome.
− Although we had a mini kitchen there was no cutlery or access to the full kitchen, however a quick What's App message to Mario sorted that out
