− Durante la notte - probabilmente per errore perché la persona è uscita subito scusandosi - qualcuno dello staff ha aperto la porta della camera che avevamo chiuso a chiave. Dopo l’evento spiacevole abbiamo continuato a sentire dei rumori provenienti dalle altre camere.

9.0Good location, old town of Palermo - a beautiful city. Parking on the street for free. Safe? I don't know, but we had no problems in all Sicilia during 2 weeks. Big old, stylish apartment. Clean. Rooms are big and nice. Breakfast - Italian.

9.0L accueil chaleureux. Emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre historique a pied. Petit déjeuner copieux.
− Il manquait le savon et shampooing dans la douche. Un peu gênant par 37°c 😉. Sinon rien d autre a redire. Je recommande.

8.0Andrea ist ein super Gastgeber. Zimmer / Wohnung ist ganz okay und vernünftig eingerichtet. Wir hatten sogar Zimmer zum Innenhof.
− Die Lage hat Vorteile (Hauptbahnhof/ Busbahnhof in der Nähe, Altstadt in 10 Minuten Fußweg), aber der Straßenzug ist schon unsauber.

8.0Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do dworca głównego parę minut pieszo, blisko port, starówka, przystanki autobusowe. Pokoje czyste, śniadanie dobre, było cicho i spokojnie, ładne patio dostępne dla wszystkich gości. Personel uprzejmy, mówiący po angielsku, łatwe zameldowanie. Klimatyzacja w pełni działała. Ładny wystrój obiektu, ciekawe meble stylowe, szafy , komody, apartament ma dobry klimat.
− Przydałoby się kilka udogodnień np. w pokojach brakowało czajnika, szklanek, na balkonach mogłaby być suszarka do wieszania ręczników, w apartamencie brakowało też stolika z krzesłami, było tam dużo miejsca i na pewno by się zmieścił. Na śniadaniu był mały wybór pieczywa - tylko chleb tostowy
