6.0It was raining the entire 3 days of our stay. We didn't get to do things we planned for our trip. Only so much we can plan for. The room was a little dated. Not having an electric water kettle for having hot beverage in the room was a little troublesome specially when we weren't able to go out. Have to go down to the reception to fill our own travel flask with hot water. There's only 1 electric outlet to charge electronics. Breakfast was ok. Phillip at the restaurant was very attentive and friendly.
Estupendo hotel ,con algún problemilla
8.0El hotel es fantástico y la junior suite en que nos alojamos es maravillosa, pero durante esta estancia hemos tenido un problema con el servicio de mantenimiento. La cisterna del baño no dejaba de soltar agua. Lo reportamos en recepción varias veces y cada vez que iban lo solucionaban , pero en cuanto volvias a pulsar , volvía a fallar. Con lo cual en un hotel de cuatro estrellas hemos tenido que usar un cubo de agua , cada vez que ibamos al baño, además de estar desperdiciando agua constantemente.

10.0Nos gustó muchísimo el hotel. El personal tiene una calidad humana excepcional. Desde el primer día nos sentimos como en casa y recibimos muchas recomiendaciones locales por parte de los anfitriones. Las habitaciones del hotel eran muy amplias y luminosas.
