Superb location, but serious lack of sunlight
7.0Location was perfect, it was a ~25min walk to the colosseum. Additionally, metro line was right next to the apartment. It was super clean.
− Serious lack of sunlight, there was only one window in the gallery. Sewage smell was coming from the bathroom, I'm guessing not a host fault, but it was unpleasant nontheless. Lack of additional lights in the room. Apartment was really dark, even with the all lights turned on.
Best location, amenities and price!
10.0This was the best place for my solo trip to Rome! Conveniently located in the historic district for sight seeing but also close to the train stations. I had wonderful meals in the restaurants located in the same building. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in mapping out places I should see. The value you get for this price in unbeatable. My room was very spacious, cold with air conditioning and had a nice balcony view. I am recommending all my friends stay here on their visits to Rome.

If I come back to Rome, I would definitely stay here again.
10.0The accommodation is very close to the train station and it was a very comfortable place to stay. The room was cleaned every day. Marilena gave us the warmest welcome. She was very kind and helpful, and gave us great recommendations for places to visit in Rome, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. Most importantly, she recommended an amazing gelato shop! It’s a very old and traditional gelato shop, and I ended up going there every day. 😍 I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this place!

10.0Me gustó todo, la claridad y profesionalismo de Marilena anfitriona quién hace el ingreso, el lugar en un departamento antiguo remodelado para habitaciones, cuenta con cocina (no para cocinar) pero si todo lo necesario para mantener tus cosas. Habitación amplia con balcón a la plaza Vittorio Emanuele (al menos la mía) buen aire acondicionado crucial si vistas Roma en verano, metro prácticamente abajo del edificio, entorno de barrio. Es estupendo, volvería.
