− The room was tiny, couldn't turn in the bathroom. The room smelled like damp dirty carpet.

− The room was dirty, the walls were covered in stains, and the bed linen in the first room hadn't been changed. The photos on Booking.com bear no resemblance to reality—they are the complete opposite; they are a lie! I don't know how you allow them to operate—shame on you, Booking.com! It was filthy right from the entrance; staff were eating at the reception desk, everything was grimy—even the air you breathed! It’s not worth the money; this is the kind of hotel that should cost 20 pounds a night, not the 200 I paid. The bottom line is that they trick customers with beautiful photos, while in reality, it’s a filthy place!
