Great place in London
10.0It is great hotel, highly recommended to stay in London. They provide a really comfortable room at a reasonable price in this city. The location couldn't be better as it is a beautiful neighborhood, close a tube station. The staff, and particularly the manager, is very friendly and helpful. This hotel will become my usual place in London.

− Tight space especially the bathroom. Should have mounted towel rack three feet higher so you don’t bang your head getting up from the…..
Hotel ok but very little sleep due to over-sensitive fire alarms going off twice.

− The fire alarm went off TWICE during the night. There was zero pre-emptive explanation when we checked out ….we had to ask. The receptionist then laughed telling the story of two different reasons why it went off and still didn’t actually offer an apology… it was more an amusing anecdote to him. We went there to sleep. Over-sensitive alarms are not an amusing anecdote.
