10.0L'arte dell'accoglienza: un grazie speciale al Direttore Massimo per la sua impeccabile professionalità. Siamo da poco rientrati da un soggiorno in questa struttura e, sebbene durante la nostra permanenza si siano verificati alcuni imprevisti, ci tenevamo a lasciare una recensione assolutamente positiva. Il vero valore aggiunto di questo hotel è stato il Direttore Massimo. Di fronte alle problematiche sorte, Massimo è intervenuto tempestivamente dimostrando una professionalità fuori dal comune, grandissima disponibilità e una gentilezza rara. Ha saputo gestire e risolvere ogni singola situazione con una calma e un'efficienza che hanno letteralmente trasformato un potenziale disagio in un'esperienza d'accoglienza di altissimo livello. È facile offrire un buon servizio quando tutto va liscio, ma è nei momenti di imprevisto che si vede la vera stoffa di chi gestisce una struttura. Grazie a Massimo ci siamo sentiti ascoltati, tutelati e coccolati dal primo all'ultimo momento. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca non solo un soggiorno piacevole, ma soprattutto un fattore umano e un'attenzione al cliente straordinari.

9.0Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung vom Hotel ist gut und sehr sauber. Die Rezeption ist immer ausreichend mit Personal besetzt. Die Lage ist traumhaft, alle Zimmer haben Meer Sicht und man sieht auch gut die Christus Statue die sich ganz in der Nähe befinden. Die Shuttlebus Verbindung zum Strand funktioniert super, der Fahrer Antonio ist sehr professionell und pünktlich! Einfach gut!

10.0A rendere eccezionale il soggiorno sono stati i vari servizi offerti dalla struttura (pagati a parte come ad esempio il servizio navetta per spiaggia privata/per centro storico/Cristo redentore) che permettono di godere a pieno di tutto ciò che è nelle vicinanze senza stress.
− Garantire il servizio navetta anche nel giorno del check out per poter accontentare fino all’ultimo chi ha soggiornato presso la struttura

− Some of the breakfast staff were unprofessional, after ordering eggs from the “extras” menu I was immediately asked to pay 5 extra euros for 2 fried eggs, which was not the point, it was the fact that the waiter came to our breakfast table before we had even finished our breakfast! Considering we were paying guests and our breakfast was included I found it rude for him to immediately come to our table asking for payment. No apology. No misunderstanding as I speak Italian. I thought that was very unprofessional. The only waiter at breakfast that was attentive was the guy from Africa, he was kind with a customer service approach to the breakfast guests. This was in low season so not many guests at the time.
