6.0O hotel tem quartos bem espaçosos, mas com estrutura e decoração um pouco antigas. O quarto não tem ar-condicionado e estava muito quente, o que prejudicou o conforto. Além disso, uma das janelas não tinha cortina, o que deixava entrar muita claridade logo cedo. O banheiro dentro do box é bastante apertado, e a limpeza deixou a desejar. Por outro lado, o café da manhã era bom e bem servido. Com algumas melhorias, poderia oferecer uma experiência mais agradável.

10.0After more than 30 years traveling for work, using thousands of hotels all over the world , I found the only place where I felt peace and tranquility. I was in this hotel for 4 days giving a workshop. All matched till the tiniest detail. My guests were treated like royalty. Rooms: big and with good accessibility for people with mobility issues. The breakfast: the best! Cleanliness: spotless. Sonia, Pinto and Adriana are people with an incomparable heart. I felt so happy during my stay and connected so much to their life values, which they also bring to the hotel , that we became very good friends for life. In 30 years as a globe trotter, I found home in hotel Pombeira.

8.0Estadia rápida, mas muito gratificante. As acomodações são excelentes, entretanto tive dificuldade de encontrar o hotel usando o App Waze. Melhor Google Map segundo atendente do hotel.
