4.0Gute Lage, sauberes Hotel, gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
− Das Hotel erlaubt Haustiere, hat auch vorab darauf hingewiesen, dass es eine kleine Extragebühr für das Haustier gibt. Das fand ich gut. Es gibt auch viele Rezensionen, die die Tierfreundlichkeit des Hauses hervorheben. Beim Check-In erfuhren wird dann, dass unser Hund (20kg) nicht im Restaurant zugelassen sei. Immerhin wurde eine "Lösung" für uns erarbeitet: Wir wurden an zwei kleine Tische im Bar-Bereich gesetzt. Das Restaurant war nur schwach frequentiert und es hätte genug Platz im regulären Bereich für uns gegeben. Der Rezeptionist schickte uns bei der Ankunft zu einem Nebeneingang, damit wir von dort das Gepäck über eine Treppe ins Zimmer zu bringen sollten. Tatsächlich wäre das Zimmer per Aufzug mit wenigen Schritten von der Rezeption aus erreichbar gewesen, aber so mussten wir die Taschen über die Treppe und ein ganzes Stück durch das Gebäude schleppen. Absolut unnötig. Als Zimmer hatten wir eine Junior-Suite gebucht, um wegen der langen Fahrt komfortabel schlafen zu können. Das Zimmer war schön, wenn auch nur ein Raum, aber die Klima-Anlage brachte keine Kühlung. Der erhoffte Erholungsschlaf fiel leider entsprechend aus. Wenn ein Hotel mit Haustierfreundlichkeit wirbt und auf klimatisierte Zimmer hinweist, dann sollte man auch beides bieten.
