10.0We absolutely loved this hotel. Room was clean, bed and pillows very comfortable, and the staff was the best!!! I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!
− 1 day our shower wouldnt get hot at 5 am, but we just rolled with it because everything else was perfect!

8.0Great location. The room was very quiet and the heat pump kept it cool even in the summer heat. The front desk was helpful with city recommendations. I don’t speak Italian and that was no problem as his English was solid.
− I guess not having 24 hour front desk but we were told someone is always available by phone.

We had an enjoyable week and it was a quiet place to come back to after a hard day sightseeing. Good restaurants nearby
7.0It was clean and comfortable. Handy location to find your way around Rome. Jojo the cleaner was around in the mornings and helpful and friendly and responsive to all our requests.
− We had a bit of a job working out how to get in initially. Do prefer a reception, however once settled in it was fine. Fridge is really only a wine chiller so not great for storing food for a longer stay. However there was a communal fridge.

9.0No dan desayunos(en el pasado sí lo hacían)pero tienen nevera en la habitación y en la sala común un frigorífico, cocina, y cubiertos y otros útiles para preparar allí lo qie quieras o comer cómodamente en mesa.
− El hecho de que el aire acondicionado de la entrada solo lo ponían por la tarde. El agua caliente y fría no mantenian la temperatura de forma regular en la ducha.

10.0Bardzo blisko centrum miasta i głównych atrakcji. Pokój bardzo czysty i komfortowy. Plus dodatkowy za piękną klatkę schodową i widok na Bazylikę. Dookoła urocze kawiarnie, sklepiki i restauracje z przyszym jedzeniem. Planujemy wrócić w październiku.
