Great facilities and location for the price!
9.0Amazing location and facilities! Impressed that there was a washing machine and dishwasher, with tablets provided and there were tea and coffee facilities. The lounge is a good size and the bedroom had a air cooler, which was great!
− Bin size needs to be bigger in the kitchen and it would have been nice to have a staff member on site, for any questions.
Fabulous apart from damp smell which overshadowed it.

− Damp smell in bedroom and bathroom. Not sure if there has been a leak previously as some of the laminate floor is lifted and swollen?
Very comfortable and well equipped.

Lacking in ambiance and decor. Close to the central train station, dining and nightlife.
5.0The representative at the desk was very pleasant and was trying to do a good job.
− The reception area has all the charm of a storage closet. It did not make a good first impression.
Good to know
If you plan to arrive after 19:00, you will need to contact The Spiers by telephone, to arrange check-in. The suites are not intended as a venue for social gatherings, parties or other such events. Stag and hen parties are not accepted. If the apartments have been booked for any of these events the reservation is liable to be canceled. For all advance purchase reservations, a nonrefundable charge of 95% of the value of the booking will be deducted from the card upfront. The remaining 5% of the value of the booking is required to be paid by the guest upon arrival with use of the same card through chip and pin device. A copy of a photographic ID for those bookings is mandatory. Please note, guests who book and are under the age of 21 must have written consent from the management at the property prior to their arrival. Bookings will not be guaranteed without this. The Spiers reserves the right to refuse reservations to anyone under the age of 21.
