− Mi aspettavo qualcosina in più come un servizio ristorante extra . L aria condizionata era rumorosa quando si alzava la potenza e trovavo difficoltà a spegnere. Non si spegneva al primo tentativo.

Di relax, c'è solo il nome !
2.0-La posizione vicino all'autostrada -Il customer care molto più attento al cliente rispetto al servizio durante la permanenza in struttura
− -la tenda improvvisata realizzata con fogli di carta -la camera assegnata adiacente alla sala pesi, con conseguenti rumori continui e fastidiosi, giorno e notte -i forti rumori provenienti dalle tubature e dagli scarichi dell’acqua della struttura, anche essi giorno e notte -l’impianto di aria condizionata/aerazione non funzionava correttamente -la muffa in prossimità della finestra, situazione inaccettabile sia sotto il profilo igienico sia sanitario -la culla richiesta mai fornita. Solo successivamente al check in è stato comunicato che la richiesta avrebbe dovuto essere effettuata almeno 24 ore prima; nonostante ciò, ci hanno informato di cercare di trovare una soluzione e che ci avrebbero fatto sapere, ancora aspettiamo un riscontro
