− Las instalaciones son propias de un hostal u hotel de una estrella no de cuatro. El personal poco cualificado y el desayuno era realmente pobre.

10.0Virkelig hyggeligt sted, dejligt personale. Rigtig vedkommende fornemmelse og meget afslappet. Virkelig en hyggeligt at være på besøg, vi kommer gerne igen. Og fin lille hyggelig morgenmad.
Charmante Unterkunft bei Lucca mit Modernisierungspotential
8.0Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Relais del Lago genossen. Besonders die freundliche Gastgeberin hat dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Anwesen selbst ist gepflegt und hat einen besonderen Charme. Die Lage in der Nähe von Lucca ist ausgezeichnet: ruhig, aber dennoch ideal, um die Stadt und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Außerdem gibt es mehrere gute Restaurants in kurzer Entfernung, was wir als großen Pluspunkt empfunden haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Pool. Die großzügigen Öffnungszeiten sind ein echter Vorteil. Es war wunderbar, bereits vor dem Frühstück schwimmen zu können – ein schöner Start in den Tag, den wir während unseres Aufenthalts genutzt haben.
− Weniger überzeugt hat uns jedoch die Ausstattung unserer Unterkunft. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften derselben Preiskategorie in der Toskana wirkte die Einrichtung insgesamt etwas veraltet, zusammengewürfelt und wenig liebevoll gestaltet. Das Sofa zeigte bereits deutliche Gebrauchsspuren und hatte teilweise Löcher. Auch die Küche konnte uns nicht überzeugen. Sie war sehr einfach ausgestattet, zum Teil defekt und wir hatten nicht einmal ein vernünftiges Küchenmesser, Küchenhandtuch, Gläser etc. zur Verfügung. Insgesamt machte das Kochen daher wenig Freude. Im Badezimmer zeigte sich ebenfalls Renovierungsbedarf. Die Einrichtungen wirkten alt und zum Teil stark verkalkt.

10.0We had a wonderful stay here. A beautiful room, great facilities, a fantastic breakfast... The pool is great, the restaurant on site very good and the staff wonderfully helpful in every regard. The honesty bar is a brilliant idea and was very welcome.

Please note that the restaurant Serendepico is closed on Tuesdays. The restaurant Osteria da mi pa is closed on monday. Both are open for dinnertime, both are open for lunchtime only on saturday and sunday. Reservations are highly recommended.
Check-in is mandatory from 2 pm, for other needs kindly notify the reception.
The swimming pool is open from April to September. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
